Interim Financial Controller – 10-Month FTCLocation: RotherhamSalary: £70,000 - £80,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively partnering with a key client in Rotherham, seeking an experienced Financial Controller to support them for a 10-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations, ensuring strong financial control and compliance with regulations.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS/UK GAAP.
Manage audits, tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors.
Oversee product costing, stock valuation, variance analysis, and margin reporting.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, providing variance analysis and insights.
Monitor cash flow, optimise working capital, and manage banking relationships.
Strengthen internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and drive process improvements.

Key Skills & Experience:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience as a Financial Controller in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP, cost accounting, and financial controls.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
