A large manufacturing company in Rotherham have a vacancy for an ambitious Part Qualified or Newly Qualified Accountant
Reporting to a supportive and nurturing Financial Controller this role will give you experience to grow into a Finance Manager position
- Detailed analysis and understanding of costs, including driving cost reduction initiatives across the
- business.
- Working with location teams to drive efficiencies in business data collection and usage.
- Identifying opportunities for improvements across the businesses, and implementation
- Preparation of month end accounts through to completion in line with internal
- reporting deadlines.
- Review weekly P&L
- Inventory review with operations and commercial
You will be:
- Part Qualified or Newly Qualified Accountant
- A self-starter, dedicated, results driven and focused on achieving business goals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines, prioritising effectively.
- Ability to effectively integrate members of the finance team.
- Assertive approach, able to communicate at all levels and in varying situations.
- Good verbal and written communicator.
