My client is looking for a progressive candidate that can support across the whole project accountant and finance team, and develop their knowledge in accounts to get themselves qualified over the long term. My client is a prominent player in the manufacturing industry and is experiencing consistent year on year growth. Description
- Supporting in revenue reconciliations for all live projects
- Liaising with project accountants and project managers to adhere to deadlines
- Preparing project budgets and cash flow forecasts
- KPI management
- Milestone invoice processing and keeping track of expenses
- Cost analysis
- Streamlining processes to cut cost
- Constantly trying to improve margins
Profile
- Studying AAT, or early stages of ACCA, CIMA would be preferred but not essential
- Have gained relevant finance experience in an Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant role
- Strong communication skills and showing positive initiative to learn new skills and processes
- Constantly asking questions in order to develop
- Understanding of margin and always working to increase profits
- Progressive personality
Job Offer
- Generous Salary ranging from £29,000 -£34,000 DOE
- Study support in ACCA, CIMA
- Team bonus opportunity every 6 months
- Free parking on site
- Fully office based role
- Early finish on Friday at 2:30pm!
