Job Title: Customer Account ManagerSalary: £28,000 rising to £30,500 after probationHours: Full Time (Mon-Fri) Office BasedFantastic Benefits and salary growth - including a  yearly bonusElevation Recruitment Business Support division are recruiting for a leading manufacturer in Rotherham in their search for an Internal Sales Coordinator on a permanent basis.Duties of the Customer Account Manager:

• Dealing with customer enquiries, by telephone and email and processing orders
• Supporting the external sales team - assisting with preparing costs, quotations, and collating specifications.
• Monitoring warehouse stock for efficiencies and ensuring aging stock is minimised
• Assisting to maximise sales through commercial applications
• Running scheduled reports to ensure accurate controls are in place and dealing with general administration

Skills and Experience of the Customer Account Manager

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a Sales Admin/Account Management or similar role 
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
