Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist software company who are looking for a Services Consultant.
The company provide customers with leading software solutions, designed to their requirements to enable high quality design.
This role will be to provide technical input to sales, provide product coaching and deliver on specific engineering projects.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with an engineering design background who have undertaken customer facing duties.
The Services Consultant will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating products and who they integrate with engineering design
- Developing solutions for customers to ensure products are tailored to specific industries and applications
- Providing product training
- Organising and attending project meetings on customer sites within the UK & Ireland.
- Providing technical knowledge and understanding to sales teams
- Some UK travel will be required with full flexibility to Work From Home.
The Services Consultant will need:
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, ideally electrical, electronic or mechanical
- An appropriate engineering qualification
- Excellent people skills and ability to communicate
- A willingness to support the team and achieve business commercial goals
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
