As the Group Operations Director you will be responsible in overseeing daily activities, managing multiple departments providing support to increase productivity. If you are an experienced leader with the financial services industry, with proven experience in creating and leading engaged teams and change delivery this could be the ideal role for you.Responsibilities of the Group Operations Director include:
- Maintain open and consistent communication with managers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless company operations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance protocols.
- Streamline existing processes with a focus on automation to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
- Upskill and develop the workforce to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Drive progress aligned with a long-term strategic change roadmap.
- Foster a strong company culture to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee data collection and metrics tracking to optimise productivity, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal tools and systems.
- Conduct budget assessments and present cost plans to senior leadership.
- Deliver performance appraisals for key senior departmental managers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate proven success within an operational leadership role and have experience within the Financial Services industry.
