Maintenance Planner

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based in Rotherham to recruit a Maintenance Planner.The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for defining, agreeing, managing and monitoring achievement of preventative, corrective and improvement maintenance schedules. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner will include: 

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities
• Prepare and issue Permits to Work 
• Monitor and analyse equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Manage maintenance records and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage third party suppliers
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure maintenance activities are completed effectively and efficiently

Skills and Qualifications of the Maintenance Planner: 

• Degree Qualified
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling techniques
• Proficiency in CMMS
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
