Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based in Rotherham to recruit a Maintenance Planner.The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for defining, agreeing, managing and monitoring achievement of preventative, corrective and improvement maintenance schedules. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner will include:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities
- Prepare and issue Permits to Work
- Monitor and analyse equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Manage maintenance records and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage third party suppliers
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure maintenance activities are completed effectively and efficiently
Skills and Qualifications of the Maintenance Planner:
- Degree Qualified
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling techniques
- Proficiency in CMMS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
