We have a great opportunity for a Training Centre Supervisor based inMexboroughworking for a national training provider. The Training Centre Supervisor has responsibility for the day-to-day running of centres within the region which includes other parts of Yorkshire and the North East when required.

We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong administrative/customer service experiencewithan education environment or Training provider background.

Salary:Up to £35,500 perannum

Key Responsibilities andAccountabilities:

  • Point of contact for all visitors to the centre and contactable across all centres in the region.
  • Keyholderand emergency contact for all Centres within the region.
  • Facilitate and oversee the day-to-day running of the centre/s.
  • Contribute to training and development of the regional team.
  • Assist Head of Region in achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and improve centre activities.
  • Maintain facilities to a high standard, ensuring all health and safety and safeguarding requirements are met
  • Assist the Head of Region in developing plans for the centres progress and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and responsibly use resources to control costs to meet agreed budgets which will include raising of centre purchase orders on our Sage X3 system.
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers, and customers.
  • Front of house and invigilation support as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • A relevant Level 4 qualification or significant experience in a similar role.
  • GCSEmath and English A- C or equivalent.
  • Ability tomulti-task, dealing with adhocissues with a problem-solving approach.
  • Current Driving Licence & use of a vehicle.
  • IT literate.
  • Significant experience of working in a similar role.
