As a proactive and driven Business Development Manager, you’ll manage and expand relationships with Local Authorities and Businesses in customer-facing, external sales position. Business Development Manager Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify improvement areas, and introduce new solutions.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Develop strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and increase market share.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts and renewals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to stay ahead of potential opportunities or threats.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, highlighting key account performance and growth potential.
