In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the legal team. Your key responsibilities will include:Drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Organising and managing legal files to ensure they are up-to-date and accessible. Communicating with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals. Maintaining the lawyer's calendar and coordinating appointments, meetings, and court appearances. Handling phone calls and inquiries, ensuring messages are relayed accurately. Assisting with billing and invoicing processes.
