As a Internal Sales and Commercial Coordinator you will report into the Head of Customer Service. Providing high customer service levels, achieving budgeted OT and maximise throughput contributions through commercial applications.

Description

As a Internal Sales and Commercial Coordinator you will provide high customer service levels, achieving budgeted OT and maximise throughput contributions through commercial applications. Liaise with Account Managers to ensure on-going efficient account management. Occasionally attending customer meetings to discuss and review projects and any issues.

  • Maximise profitability through the development of QUEST/CRM/ESP and other company systems.
  • To support in securing major new business as detailed within the sales budget, in conjunction with the internal and external sales team.
  • To ensure accuracy of administration tasks within the department.
  • To ensure our service and response levels are matched with budget and internal KPIs
  • To maximise good communication between departments
  • To provide a point of contact for internal and external customers creating a "Can do" mentality.
  • Produce reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Profile

  • Solid degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Demonstrate high level of initiative.
  • Customer focused.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Educated to minimum of 'A' level standard.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook an advantage.

Job Offer

  • Salary of £28,000 rising to £30,500 after the 6-monthly probationary period
  • Current shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm and 8.30am to 5.00pm (alternate weeks), which equates to 40 hours each week with half an hour unpaid lunch break.
  • Generous Contributory Pension Scheme which increases to 10% employer contribution after 2 years' service.
