About the Role
As a Commercial Coordinator (Hair and Beauty), you will play a key role in managing the operations of a thriving commercial salon. Working within an energetic team, your focus will be on creating a VIP experience for our clients, enhancing client loyalty, and driving sales revenue. You’ll also support learners within the salon environment and assess their performance in reception, customer service, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations in our commercial salon
- Collaborate with the teaching department to align client services with educational delivery
- Assess learners’ and apprentices’ work within the Reception and Sales modules
- Build strong employer relationships through regular visits
- Partner with the Marketing Team to create impactful social media content and promotions
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience in a commercial salon, ideally with a background in sales and customer service
- A Level 3 vocational qualification in Hair and Beauty and an Assessor’s Award (CAVA/A1)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent client experiences
