Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an exceptional business, who hold a great reputation in the market, to support the further growth of their business with the addition of a Continuous Improvement Project Engineer.

As the Continuous Improvement Engineer you will be responsible for;

  • Collaborating with leadership to identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities.
  • Lead engineering projects to improve processes, services, and products, as well as oversee investment projects and plant shutdowns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and on-spec project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on repair measures, fault data, and project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control procedures.
  • Support cross-departmental teams to meet customer and business needs.
  • Oversee budget, timeline, and quality for all projects, and manage the project team.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide technical support.
  • Assess engineering services and implement corrective actions as needed.

To be considered for the Continuous Improvement Project Engineer position, you will need;

  • Proven project engineering experience, ideally in continuous improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in design software and MS Office.
  • Experience with technical documentation (process diagrams, circuit diagrams, etc.) and control systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
