Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an exceptional business, who hold a great reputation in the market, to support the further growth of their business with the addition of a Continuous Improvement Project Engineer.
As the Continuous Improvement Engineer you will be responsible for;
- Collaborating with leadership to identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities.
- Lead engineering projects to improve processes, services, and products, as well as oversee investment projects and plant shutdowns.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and on-spec project delivery.
- Monitor and report on repair measures, fault data, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control procedures.
- Support cross-departmental teams to meet customer and business needs.
- Oversee budget, timeline, and quality for all projects, and manage the project team.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide technical support.
- Assess engineering services and implement corrective actions as needed.
To be considered for the Continuous Improvement Project Engineer position, you will need;
- Proven project engineering experience, ideally in continuous improvement.
- Strong proficiency in design software and MS Office.
- Experience with technical documentation (process diagrams, circuit diagrams, etc.) and control systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management and organisation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
