Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls and emails related to billing queries and payments.
- Resolve customer complaints in line with business process timeframes.
- Adhere to customer satisfaction criteria and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Process customer payments and update accounts promptly and accurately.
- Identify and resolve billing disputes efficiently.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the office manager as needed.
