We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a growing utilities organisation as a Client Liaison Advisor The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to managing billing and payment-related inquiries. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Handle inbound calls and emails related to billing queries and payments.
    • Resolve customer complaints in line with business process timeframes.
    • Adhere to customer satisfaction criteria and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Billing and Payments:

    • Process customer payments and update accounts promptly and accurately.
    • Identify and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
    • Maintain current policies in line with business requirements.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the office manager as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with contracts and business obligations.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and GDPR.
    • Stay updated on relevant regulations and apply them within the department.
  • Upselling and Promotion:

    • Proactively promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with team members to resolve customer issues.
    • Exhibit a strong team-player mentality.
