As Customer Care Executive you responsible for exceptional customer service and support to ensure their customers satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Answering incoming calls and managing a busy e-mail in box.

Processing orders into the ERP system.

Updating customers on shipping dates or any anticipated delays.

Preparing invoices.

Processing returns.

Understanding the company products.

Supporting purchasing, sales and technical teams.

Resolving any complaints.

Skills & Experience required:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Able to work under pressure.

Able to work as part of a team.

Good IT skills.

A positive attitude.
