Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in either Italian, French or Spanish and English
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records

Requirements of the Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor:

  • Fluency in Italian or French or Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
