Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a key client based in Rotherham, who is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic customer service team.
Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in either Italian, French or Spanish and English
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
Requirements of the Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- Fluency in Italian or French or Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
