Elevation Recruitment are currently working with an established UK Business in Hellaby, who are looking to expand their team with a Trade Customer Advisor. This will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth execution of order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound sales enquiries on the telephone and via e-mail and in person which involves checking stock levels and pricing using Microsoft
- Processing sales orders
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints, obtaining technical information regarding products where required and general customer service
- Responding to customer enquiries on the phone or via e-mail or via web-based sourcing tool Sourcing items from other suppliers when required
- Maintaining high standards of administration and customer service to achieve maximum profitability & service level
- General Administration support to wider team
Requirements of Trade Customer Advisor:
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skillsÂ
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages is preferred
