Elevation IT are seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our clients in Rotherham on a fixed term contract basis to support their projects function with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse project data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
Collaborate with project managers to schedule, monitor, and report on project progress.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Support portfolio management by providing data visualisations and predictive analytics.
Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver insights tailored to stakeholder needs.
