Elevation IT are seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our clients in Rotherham on a fixed term contract basis to support their projects function with data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse project data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with project managers to schedule, monitor, and report on project progress.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Support portfolio management by providing data visualisations and predictive analytics.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver insights tailored to stakeholder needs.
