DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER | GROWING SME | AUTONOMY | GROWTH | £50K - £65K Zachary Daniels Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a growing SME based in South Yorkshire, who are expanding their team and are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own the digital roadmap for the business. Our client are a successful eCommerce business, who recognise huge opportunity to further grow and invest in their direct channel alongside their retail partnerships and marketplaces.

In the position of Digital Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in creating the marketing strategy, working alongside the eCommerce Manager and wider team to deliver against this. Day to day you will be managing 3rd party relationships whilst strengthening the in-house skill set. You will be someone who strikes a balance between reacting to the market whilst driving hard a strategic plan that drives growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities in the position of Digital Marketing Manager will include:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Building and maintaining a brand's presence across multiple social media channels
  • Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
  • Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Building strategies with a key focus on driving new customer acquisition and increasing brand awareness
  • Using analytics software to identify customer touch-points and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
  • Establish and lead email marketing strategy to drive sales, engagement, with personalisation in mind

To be considered for the position of Digital Marketing Manager, you will offer the following:

  • 5+ years in a digital/performance marketing role within eCommerce/online retail
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and paid advertising campaigns
  • Knowledgeable in CRM and email/customer journeys with personalisation and dynamic content inclusion
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Proven in building digital marketing strategies with confidence in presenting to senior leadership team
  • Knowledgeable in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Knowledge of building and implementing structure and plans from scratch, whilst remaining hands on and reactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, trading environment
  • Confident in managing third party relationships and delivery against KPI's and budget
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Klaviyo)
