Distance Learning Administrator

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £23,006 per annum

The Role

The Administrator is a key part of the Distance Learning Team that processes in the region of 3,000 learners and full cost provision.

You will be committed to providing an excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

You will support the team to achieve a number of key priorities, which will include the logging, chasing and monitoring of learner work in line with the team processes and systems. You will work with teaching and learning staff to track data to ensure funding is maximised; input of work received on to the information system; the booking and arranging of inductions, visiting employer premises when needed to complete the paperwork.

This role will demand a high level of accuracy, excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work.

Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the Group achieve their mission. Your work will ultimately lead to increased number of enrolments, highly accurate data plus positive development of the College reputation.

Skills and Qualifications

You will ideally have some experience within a similar administration role or have worked in an office environment. You will hold level 2 (GCSE) in English and maths and have, or be willing to work towards, a business administration qualification.

Department Info

You will report to the Team Leader and work as part of a Distance Learning Administration Team.
