Early Learning Practitioner.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Learning Facilitator to join our team. This role involves supporting the Nursery Manager to ensure that all children make excellent progress in all areas of learning from their starting points, preparing them for the next stage of their education.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with the Nursery Manager to monitor and support children’s progress.
  • Implement engaging learning activities that foster both educational and personal growth.
  • Monitor the development of each child, ensuring activities are suited to their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a creative and progressive learning environment.
  • Participate in and contribute to the wider life of the nursery.

  • Professional and caring demeanour, with a proven track record of securing excellent progress and attainment.
