Whether you're looking for short-term or long-term assignments, we offer a variety of placements across schools in the area.

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom environment.

• Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning materials and resources.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with additional learning needs.

• Help students with tasks and encourage their participation in activities.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

• Assist in managing student behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment.

• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential.

• Experience working with children in a school setting is desirable.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.

• A patient and caring approach with a passion for supporting student development.

• Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently in different school settings.

• A DBS check or willingness to undergo one.

• Flexible working: Choose when and where you want to work, with both short-term and long-term placements available.
