My client in In South Yorkshire is looking to appoint a talented HR Project Lead on a Contract basis.

This role will be vital in shaping the delivery of the councils People Strategy and supporting the next phase of their organisational development.

  • Salary: £28+ per hour, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in South Yorkshire (Hybrid):

  • Aid with a review of Terms and Conditions at the council
  • Making sure pathway/programme is outlined and set out for potential changes
  • Assessing the challenges and consequence e.g, What does a critical pathway look like if any changes are made within workforce arrangements
  • There is also an aspect of reviewing the impact of the Employments Rights Bill

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Experience in HR project management
  • Significant experience implementing change in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Local Authority experience is essential
