My client in In South Yorkshire is looking to appoint a talented HR Project Lead on a Contract basis.
This role will be vital in shaping the delivery of the councils People Strategy and supporting the next phase of their organisational development.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £28+ per hour, inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in South Yorkshire (Hybrid):
- Aid with a review of Terms and Conditions at the council
- Making sure pathway/programme is outlined and set out for potential changes
- Assessing the challenges and consequence e.g, What does a critical pathway look like if any changes are made within workforce arrangements
- There is also an aspect of reviewing the impact of the Employments Rights Bill
About you:You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Experience in HR project management
- Significant experience implementing change in a multidisciplinary environment
- Local Authority experience is essential
