To be a key participant in asset optimisation as part of the ongoing asset rationalisation and review, developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, whilst building and shaping a professional property team

The post holder will be one of the Council’s professional surveyors within a small team to take on varied and challenging tasks to support the Council in the delivery of our ambitious programme of development, which includes the regeneration of our town centres and a substantial program of residential development.

You will support the Senior Property & Investment Manager to deliver, manage, and supervise complex projects including the negotiation and the review, acquisition, and disposal of all types of land and property assets and interests including compulsory purchase projects both acting on behalf of asset management service and other departments within the Council.
