- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, organising conferences, preparing agendas.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Act as point of contact between MD and both internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and manage phone calls, prioritising emails and responding to urgent matters.
- Prepare, edit and proof read documents, reports or presentations for external distribution.
- Assist in the planning of company events both UK and Globally.
- Proven experience within a PA role at Director level
- Experience within the manufacturing or similar industry would be needed
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Confident working on own initiative to prioritise work but still work well as part of the wider team.
- Able to co-ordinate projects and events.
- Experience of short hand and audio typing
- Resilience to overcome challenges and provide excellent customer service
