Are you a strategic thinker with a strong finance background and a passion for driving business growth? Elevation Senior Finance are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will provide critical financial and strategic input into key business decisions, ensuring performance is continuously assessed, challenged, and improved.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of business operations, reviewing and translating financial data into valuable insights for key stakeholders, including business partners, senior management, and group teams. Your ability to innovate and automate business intelligence, while ensuring thorough financial control and planning, will be key in shaping the future of this business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the P&L for your area of responsibility
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets, and support business planning by providing insightful commentary
  • Support colleagues across the business in making decisions that optimise performance
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth and deliver savings
  • Oversee the capex process 
  • Analyse financial information and feedback actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of tenders for new business

Key requirements for the role:

  • Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA 
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
