Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be the retained partner to Harvest Healthcare, part of the Prism Healthcare Group, as they look to recruit a newly created Finance Manager role for their head office in Rotherham.Harvest Healthcare is a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality healthcare equipment. They have been successfully supplying their products to care homes, hospitals, and loan stores for many years, and after being acquired by Prism Healthcare in 2019, there are exciting plans to significantly grow the business over the next few years.The Finance Manager will play an integral role in supporting this growth. They will do this by taking the lead in developing the existing finance systems, processes and controls, enabling the senior leadership team to access a wide range of management information as quickly and efficiently as possible.Responsibilities will include:

  • Month-end accounts preparation
  • Balance sheet reporting and controls
  • Budget and forecast preparation
  • Maintenance and improvement of finance processes
  • Finance IT Systems administration and improvement
  • Managing the businesses credit risk
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Credit card and expenses administration
  • Management of FX
  • ONS Reporting
  • Managing 2 direct reports
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects

Key skills / qualifications:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or late part-qualified
  • Experience of month-end reporting
  • Ability to analyse financial information
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Process / system improvement
