Job Description: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of lessons during teacher absences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain engaged.
- Managing classroom behavior and addressing any issues that arise.
- Assisting students with their learning and responding to their queries.
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
