Multiskilled Operative - Loading Shovel OperatorShift Pattern: Days Regular, 4 on/4 off, 6 AM - 6 PM (40 hours a week) Location: RotherhamContract: PermanentSalary: £12.41 per hour (approx. £29k annually)Holidays: 25 DAYS plus bank holidays!

Key Responsibilities:
- Working in a team of two to pick excess plastic from plasterboards (full PPE provided).
- Operating a loading shovel, forklift, bobcat, telehandler, and scissor lift.
- Emptying skips and engaging in picking and sorting tasks.
- Learning new skills and taking on varied responsibilities as part of the role.
About You:
- Experience operating loading shovels or heavy plant equipment is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is a bonus but not essential—full training will be provided.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and open to learning new skills.
- Experience in bulk materials loading is advantageous.
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to "muck in" are key traits for this role.
