Title: Hair and Beauty Commercial Coordinator

Location: South Yorkshire

Pay: £25,600 - £27,121 per annum

Duration: 37 hours per week, all year round

Reed - Further Education are seeking a Hair and Beauty commercial coordinator to join their operational salon by looking at ways to increase sales and revenue.

What’s the day-to-day responsibilities of a Hair and Beauty Commercial Coordinator?

  • Create plans to increase sales and revenue
  • To ensure that customers return by delivering an excellent service
  • You will assess the performance of learners within other commercial environments
  • You will communicate and liaise with teaching staff
  • You will promote the services of the salon and work with the marketing team
  • Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the needs of learners
  • Assess and provide feedback on student progress

What are the required skills and qualifications needed for this role?

  • You will have recent industry experience with a reception / customer service / retail environment
  • Ability to manage a diary for employer visits and meet KPIs
  • You will have experience working in a commercial salon
  • You will hold L3 or equivalent of English and Maths
  • You will have a L3 vocational qualification or higher
  • You will hold an Assessors Award (CAVA / A1)
