- Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with all administrative and reporting procedures
- Preparing distribution lists for the preferred despatch method and output the preferred
- Liaising with both Production Planning and the Warehouse regarding the items required to form part of each distribution
- Ensuring cross team communication to raise issues, improve processes and obtain or offer support
- Feedback consignment details to the account management team at the end of every distribution
- Managing the day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed to agreed timelines
- Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports for management on progress against specific objectives/KPI’s
- Appropriately communicating organisation information through department meetings
- Working with HR to recruit, interview, select, hire and onboard new employees
- Previous supervisory experience
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A self-starter using your initiative to reach goals and solve problems
- Analytical with great attention to detail
- A can-do attitude with a proactive mind set
