At Rotherham Council, we are looking for a Head of OD & Change who can shape the future of our workforce and help us become a high-performing organisation where our leaders and managers embody our values and behaviours.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the Council’s OD and Change team within the Assistant Chief Executive’s directorate. You will play a critical role in supporting an ambitious and wide-ranging change programme, working collaboratively with service leads and providing assurance to the Strategic Leadership Team.
As Head of OD & Change, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading organisational development, change management, employee engagement, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and learning and development strategies.
- Driving continuous improvement by ensuring managers and employees are engaged, developed, and supported.
- Overseeing Health and Social Care workforce transformation to meet future needs.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and partners to ensure buy-in and build robust relationships.
- Inspiring confidence, creativity, and momentum in delivering innovative OD solutions.
