Responsibilities of the Part Time HR Manager:
  • Managing and maintain HR policies and procedures confidently communicate across the business
  • Administration of benefits and payroll changes, liaising closely with finance team
  • Leading on the full recruitment process, constantly reviewing documentation and processes
  • Managing the employment lifecycle end to end
  • Managing the learning and development in conjunction with the leadership team
  • Coaching, developing and training employees
  • Providing resolutions to employee relation issues
  • Maintaining employee files and HR database
  • Ad hoc projects as required by the organisation
  • Perform other duties required by the organisation
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive experience in a HR role with UK employment law knowledge
  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
