Rotherham are seeking an HR Project Lead to evaluate, develop, and implement improvement opportunities and a programme of significant change relating to workforce practice. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project and large-scale change management, ideally within the public sector, as well as a good understanding of regulatory changes and employment legislation.
Day-to-day of the role:- Lead a comprehensive review of the HR service, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement within the current service delivery model.
- Produce high-quality, high-level reports and presentations for multiple audiences.
- Implement and manage large-scale changes within the HR Service.
- Develop a thorough understanding of employment legislation, regulation, compliance, and any upcoming factors that may impact future service delivery.
- Work to develop and implement a sustainable delivery model to ensure effective, compliant, and efficient delivery of services.
- Significant experience implementing change in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Proven experience in HR project management.
- Extensive project management experience with demonstrable skills/qualifications.
- Experience producing high-level reports and presentations aimed at a senior or political audience.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and its implications for HR delivery models.
- Excellent team player with a passion for developing strategy, driving excellence, and fostering innovation.
