Graduate IT Analyst - Rotherham (Hybrid) - £25,000 - £28,000

The Role

We've partnered with an e-commerce company looking to recruit a technical analyst to support their business applications from an IT standpoint. The ideal candidate would have a background in IT, and understanding of the base fundamentals of Active Directory & SQL. A typical day in the role would revolve around triaging inbound tickets about products from different users across the business. This could entail password resets, creating logins, changing policies and breaking down technical jargon to non-technical colleagues.

The role is hybrid, going into the office once per week at a minimum during BAU periods, once there's project delivery there will be an expectation to be more onsite.

Future Prospects

Whilst the role starts as a reactive position, dealing with inbound tickets, the role will become more pro-active and bridge onto projects. The ideal profile will come in with a learning attitude to grow and develop into a well rounded engineer who's proficient with IT Infrastructure & Applications/Product support. In the development.

  • IT Background, (Graduate or Practical Experience).

  • Excellent communication skills
