Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing insurance company to recruit for a Claims Handler based Rotherham. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance. As an Account Handler, you will manage and develop client and customer accounts, ensuring timely support while providing exceptional customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs
Process new insurance policies, renewals, and amendments using Acturis software
Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in the insurance industry
Proficient in using Acturis software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
