Job Title: Mortgage Administrator

Location: Rotherham

Salary: Up to £27,000 plus monthly completions bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm

About the Role:

In this role, you will support the Bridging Specialist in packaging 1st and 2nd charge bridging products, providing exceptional customer service to brokers and intermediaries while ensuring compliance throughout the process

Responsibilities:

  • Package cases seamlessly from sale to completion.
  • Achieve business targets while effectively managing your pipeline
  • Support the Bridging Specialist with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Deliver timely and compliant service that meets departmental standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through an efficient client management system.
  • Build strong networking relationships within the Group of Companies.
  • Maintain high service standards in line with company guidelines.
  • Update case notes for smooth processing and client communication.
  • Ensure efficiency and speed to enhance customer service.
  • Regularly review applications to uphold service quality.
  • Commit to continuous improvement through training and skill development.
  • Navigate various operating systems effectively to optimize performance.

Experience required:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role with a lender, broker, or mortgage/loan packager.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent planning and information-gathering skills, with the ability to identify and present suitable solutions and products to clients.
