The Role
As a Commercial Property Fee Earner, you will manage a wide range of instructions, including:
- Commercial Property Matters: Lease assignments, new leases (acting for landlords and tenants), licences to assign, commercial sales and purchases, lease surrenders and extensions, and more.
- Residential Conveyancing: Sales and purchases, declarations of trust, shared ownerships, transfers of equity, and new builds.
While experience in residential conveyancing is beneficial, it is not essential.
About You
- Ideally, 3+ years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in commercial property law or an equivalent level of expertise.
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of tasks.
