Commercial Property Solicitor OpportunityAre you an experienced solicitor or legal professional seeking an exciting opportunity in the dynamic world of commercial property law? We are looking for a talented Commercial Property Fee Earner. If you’re passionate about property law and ready to handle a diverse caseload, this could be the perfect role for you!

The Role

As a Commercial Property Fee Earner, you will manage a wide range of instructions, including:

  • Commercial Property Matters: Lease assignments, new leases (acting for landlords and tenants), licences to assign, commercial sales and purchases, lease surrenders and extensions, and more.
  • Residential Conveyancing: Sales and purchases, declarations of trust, shared ownerships, transfers of equity, and new builds.

While experience in residential conveyancing is beneficial, it is not essential.

About You

  • Ideally, 3+ years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in commercial property law or an equivalent level of expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of tasks.
