Job Title: In-House Legal Counsel - Manufacturing SectorLocation: Rotherham, South YorkshireSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 CRA Consulting is delighted to be exclusively supporting a leading manufacturing firm in South Yorkshire in their search for an experienced Legal Counsel. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and innovative organisation, providing strategic and operational legal support to the business. The Role:Based out of their Rotherham office, this role will see the successful candidate take a key position within the business. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will provide comprehensive legal advice across a wide range of matters, including: * Commercial contracts * Corporate governance * Compliance and regulatory issues * Dispute resolution * Employment law matters * Intellectual property protection * Risk management and mitigation Key Responsibilities:* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts with suppliers, customers, and other third parties * Advising on corporate transactions and commercial agreements * Managing any legal disputes, ensuring effective resolution and minimal business disruption * Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and employment law * Working closely with external counsel when necessary, ensuring high-quality advice and value for money * Supporting the business in strategic decision-making with pragmatic legal guidance The Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial law, ideally with experience in the manufacturing or In House legal sector. You will need to be confident in managing a varied caseload, able to work autonomously, and comfortable advising senior stakeholders.
