You will be instrumental in supporting the business on its current and future operational transactions, ensuring the delivery of clear, practical legal advice that enables the organisation to remain compliant with relevant laws and regulations across its global operations. Key Responsibilities:1 Contract Review & Negotiation:Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of key contracts with suppliers, including a range of commercial agreements that are crucial to the business's operations. 2 Legal Precedent Documentation:Maintain and manage the legal precedent documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across all business units. 3 Tender Support & Legal Assistance:Provide expert legal support on tender reviews and various projects, working closely with the Commercial and Finance teams to deliver aligned outcomes. 4 Legal Queries:Act as the first point of contact for legal queries arising in day-to-day operations, offering clear, timely, and commercially sound advice. 5 External Legal Advisors:Instruct and manage external legal counsel as needed to support key business activities. 6 Corporate Transactional Work:Assist in corporate transactional matters, ensuring all legal documentation and processes are accurately managed and aligned with business objectives. Candidate Profile:Qualifications:* Qualified solicitor with relevant post-qualification experience.
