We are seeking a talented individual to join our clients dynamic team.Our client are committed to delivering the highest quality services to the automotive, aerospace and industrial sectors. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to help maintain and enhance high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve quality issues.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address quality concerns.
  • Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment (chrome-plating or surface finishing experience is a plus).
  • Experience of internal auditing to ISO 9001
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ideally AS9100/IATF16949 and ISO 9001).
  • Experience with inspection techniques, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
