Reed Business Support are delighted to be working with a local law firm in their search for a conveyancing assistant. This is the ideal role for an individual with strong conveyancing experience looking to make an impact into a well-established team and environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and providing quotes
  • Sending out Contract Packs
  • Completing matters and producing the documents for exchange and completion
  • Preparing SDLT Forms
  • Applying for searches
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Preparing Completion Statements
  • Updating clients and agents

You'll be perfect for the role if:

  • Have prior conveyancing experience
  • Familiarity with case management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong client care and customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and third parties
  • Ability to use diplomacy, tact, and sensitivity when dealing with others
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with figures
