• Sending out contract packs efficiently and accurately.
• Managing the completion process, including preparing documents for exchange and completion.
• Completing and submitting SDLT forms.
• Applying for searches and handling related correspondence.
• Drafting and preparing various legal documents.
• Creating and finalizing completion statements.
• Providing regular updates to clients and agents to ensure seamless communication.
