Elevation Recruitment have the pleasure of working with an industry leading manufacturer in the Rotherham area who are looking for Maintenance Team Leader/ Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team!
Salary: £48,995
Location: Rotherham
Hours: Bespoke days and nights pattern- only 12 shifts a month +1 weekend a month!

Duties of Maintenance Team Leader/ Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Being proactive within the job focus within both mechanical and electrical work
- Attending to breakdowns
- Leading a small team to ensuring they have any support needed to complete tasks throughout the shift
- Ensure always adhering to health and safety procedures
- Priorities workloads and distribute within the team as well as being regularly hands on with the team
- Leading shift handovers
- Completing and monitoring CMMS
- Raise any issues to Engineering Manager within the team
Desired experience:
- You must have a HNC as a minimum in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering but be multi-skilled in both
- Ideally have 3 years experience within in a multi-skilled maintenance engineer role previously
- Ideally have experience within a Maintenance Team Lead role also
- Must be happy working shift pattern
- Ideally have experience of working in an FMCG environment previously
- Must be computer literate and have knowledge of basic Microsoft programmes
- Must have the good work ethic, this company are looking for people who live to achieve
