Business Support AssistantRotherham£11.50 per hourFull Time ContractNovax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Assistant based in Rotherham. This position is full time hours on a contract basis.

The job:

• Deal with customer enquiries over phone and email relating to the energy crisis scheme
• Handle applications and gather information and documentation, recording information accurately
• Manage various computer systems and databases, including spreadsheets
• Advising customers on a variety of different options available to them to reduce and assist with rising energy costs.

The Candidate:

• Experience in and administrative role is required, including dealing with customers internally and externally
• Strong IT and communication skills
• GCSE grade C and above in Maths and English

The client can offer hybrid working after initial training.
