The Role:
This is a high-impact leadership position, responsible for:
- Overseeing multi-site manufacturing operations across international locations.
- Driving positive change and operational transformation.
- Implementing best practices to improve efficiency and performance.
- Leading and inspiring teams to achieve world-class manufacturing standards.
- Mentoring and supporting Plant Managers and business leaders, fostering strong leadership at all levels.
- Identifying strategic opportunities for growth, cost savings, and investment across all sites.
- Navigating a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive multi-site leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
- A proven track record in change management and operational excellence.
- Experience in world-class manufacturing environments, with first-hand knowledge of the journey to get there.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive cultural transformation.
- An engaging and driven leader, capable of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in a matrix organisation, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
- A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is highly desirable.
