I am working with a well-established mortgage brokerage looking for an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner with administration experience. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team and support the Director and their Mortgage Advisors in providing exceptional mortgage services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Mortgage Advisors and Brokers with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Conduct thorough research into client financial situations and liaise with lenders to identify the most suitable mortgage options.
Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support Mortgage Advisors and Brokers in their client presentations and recommendations.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.
Build strong communication skills by liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate the mortgage process.
Submitting and tracking mortgage applications using mortgage advisor-based CRMs.

Requirements:

Experience working in a mortgage brokerage
Familiarity with mortgage advisor-based CRMs
CeMAP qualification is beneficial but not essential
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
Organised and detail-oriented problem solver
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
