Our Local Authority Client are recruiting a locum Occupational Therapist for their team in Rotherham.

You will play a key role in a 6-month project focused on optimising single-handed care practices by reviewing and reassessing existing care packages.

The position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in manual handling techniques and the appropriate use of specialist equipment to enhance client care and safety.

You'll will conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure safe and effective care delivery while working closely with social care teams to develop and implement collaborative care plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • lexibility needed to accommodate care calls, this could include early mornings.
